Use this website for lawful shopping, product research, and communication with Erickson Recreation. Keep account details accurate and protect any password linked to your account.

You are responsible for activity completed through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone has used it without permission.

We describe sizes, colours, materials, and compatibility as carefully as possible. Screen settings, manufacturer updates, and normal production variation can cause small differences.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change before an order is accepted. Applicable sales tax, delivery charges, and other stated fees appear at checkout or in your written quote.

Submitting an order is a request to buy. We accept it when we confirm availability, price, and payment processing. An automated acknowledgement alone does not guarantee acceptance.

We may cancel or correct an order affected by an inventory error, pricing mistake, suspected fraud, or a payment failure. If we cancel after taking payment, we will return the amount charged to the original payment method.

• Orders must include a valid billing and delivery address.
• Payment must clear before goods leave our facility.
• Contact us promptly if your confirmation contains an incorrect item or quantity.

We ship to the address supplied at checkout and may offer collection from our Lake Victoria Gardens location in North Palm Beach. You must check the parcel and order contents soon after receipt.

Carrier delays, severe weather, stock transfers, and events outside our reasonable control can change an estimated delivery date. A signature may be required for higher-value orders.

• Do not refuse a parcel solely because its outer packaging is marked; record visible damage and contact us.
• Bring your order confirmation and identification when collecting an order.
• Uncollected orders may be held for a limited period stated in the pickup notice.

Most standard merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery or pickup when it is unused, clean, complete, and in its original packaging. Bring proof of purchase for store returns.

We inspect returned goods before approving a refund or exchange. Refunds normally go to the original payment method; shipping charges may be excluded unless the item arrived defective or we sent the wrong item.

• Custom uniforms, personalised goods, opened protective equipment, and used items may be excluded.
• Contact Erickson Recreation before sending a suspected defect so we can provide the correct process.
• Damage caused by misuse, poor care, or ordinary wear is not treated as a product defect.

Corporate, school, league, and club purchases are governed by the written quote, purchase order, or team agreement we approve. That document controls quantities, decoration, sizes, delivery dates, deposits, and balance payments.

Confirm roster details and artwork carefully before approval. Custom uniforms and decorated equipment cannot normally be returned because they are made for the approved order.

Changes after approval may affect price and delivery. We will confirm any change in writing before proceeding.

Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty that applies to the item. Erickson Recreation will help route a valid claim and may request proof of purchase, photographs, serial details, or an inspection.

Warranty coverage, remedies, and time limits are set by the manufacturer. A warranty does not usually cover accidents, unauthorised modification, incorrect assembly, commercial wear outside stated use, or normal deterioration.

Use equipment according to its instructions and intended sport. Customers are responsible for proper fitting, supervision, maintenance, and safe use.

To the extent allowed by law, Erickson Recreation is not responsible for indirect losses, missed events, lost revenue, or damage caused by misuse or information supplied incorrectly by a customer. Nothing in these terms removes rights that Florida law does not allow us to exclude.

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA. We ask customers to contact us first so we can review the order and seek a practical solution.

If a dispute remains unresolved, the parties agree to attempt mediation in Palm Beach County before filing a court action, unless applicable law provides another required process. Each party remains responsible for its own costs unless a written agreement or law says otherwise.

We may update these terms when our website, products, or processes change. The version shown when you place an order applies to that purchase. A change will not alter a written bulk-order agreement already accepted unless both parties agree.
